I didn’t pick up a camera because life was perfect.
I picked it up because I was desperate to slow it all down.
To remember the way my babies looked at me when they were little, late night baseball games and vacations I wish I could re-live over and over... to prove that even in the chaos—there was love.
Fifteen years later, that mission hasn’t changed.
I’ve photographed it all—
from sleepy newborns and belly laughs with toddlers,
to squirmy little boys and pre-teens who pretend they’re too cool until they forget they’re being photographed.
I’m probably not going to show up to your session and immediately start posing everyone.
I’m going to talk to your kids.
Ask your toddler questions they may or may not answer 😅
Make your husband feel like this isn’t going to be painfully awkward.
And slowly help everyone settle into the moment instead of performing for the camera.
Because the best photos don’t happen when people are overly posed and worried about doing everything “right.”
They happen when people feel comfortable enough to just be themselves.
That’s why my sessions are relaxed, movement-focused, and centered around connection more than perfection.
I’ll guide you the entire time, but I also leave room for the real stuff to unfold naturally—the way your child reaches for you, the chaos, the laughter, the little moments in between.
And as a mom myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to get everyone dressed, out the door, and into photos.
So I never expect perfection from your kids… or from you.
I just want you to show up as you are.
My goal isn’t to create perfectly posed photos.
It’s to give you images that feel like your family.
Honest, connected, emotional, and full of the little things you never want to forget.

I am left handed and everyone acts so shocked about it
